FAQ

Answers to your questions.

Everything you need to know before your first Meet & Greet.

Do I need a Meet & Greet before booking?

+

Yes — a complimentary Meet & Greet is required before all new pet care services. Poop Patrol one-time cleanups generally do not require one unless property access needs to be coordinated.

How does booking work?

+

You can self-book a Meet & Greet, dog walk, drop-in visit, overnight stay, or one-time Poop Patrol directly through our Book page. For farm care, recurring memberships, or anything custom, submit an inquiry and we'll follow up within 24 hours with a care plan and quote.

How do I pay?

+

We accept cash, Venmo, Cash App, and Square (credit card). Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise agreed.

What's your cancellation policy?

+

More than 24 hours' notice: no charge. Less than 24 hours: 50% of the scheduled service. Holiday reservations are non-refundable.

What animals do you care for?

+

Dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, ferrets, plus hobby farm animals including horses, chickens, goats, pigs, ducks, and sheep.

Can you administer medication?

+

Absolutely. Medication administration is included as part of our care visits at no additional charge.

Do you offer overnight stays?

+

Yes — overnight care is available for $100–125/night, or as an optional +$25/day add-on to a vacation care package.

Where do you provide service?

+

We proudly serve the Buffalo metro area and Western New York including East Aurora, Elma, Orchard Park, Clarence, Williamsville, Lancaster, Depew, West Seneca, Cheektowaga, and surrounding towns. Additional locations available upon request.

How does the referral program work?

+

Give $20, Get $20. When an existing client refers a new customer who books a recurring service, both receive a $20 credit toward future services.
